Trainer Jo specializes in H.I.I.T training in a group fitness form, much like boot camp fitness. You can easily burn 300-1000 calories per workout, skip the cardio machines and get a real workout. Pretty soon, you will only need to work out 3 days a week to maintain your awesome body!

REQUIREMENTS:
At least good health (medical releases may be required)
Be prepared by eating a full meal 1/2 to 1 hour prior to class
Be fully hydrated throughout the day, but not immediately before class
Wear loose, warm, sweat wicking clothing
Bring a towel & a snack for after training carbs
