FAQ’s ANSWERED
- Classes are held Monday, Wednesdays & Fridays at 5:00 pm and Saturdays at 8:30 am
- Classes are limited to 20 participants, please text to reserve your spot for that day: 885~2812.
- 3 RSVP-then-No-Show will result in exclusion from the MXT/bootcamp program
- ALL personal training & small group sessions are by appointment only.
- No gym membership required
- You must be free of all health issues and structural issues to take part in my MXT (bodyweight HIIT bootcamps).
- the gym is located at 7980 West Sahara in the old 24 Hour Fitness Sports complex. It is now called City Athletic Club MAP
