Seeking a fitness diet plan or do you just want to lose weight?  I offer customized online fitness diet plans, meal programs & nutritional counseling based on each person’s uniqueness and goals while getting into shape. I do not use automated software programs to write up your fitness diet plans or meal plans. I do them all myself, so that you are getting the human touch that is needed to make a more rational program.  Whether you want a fitness diet plan or program based off the foods you already eat, where I just prescribe certain portion sizes, or you want something completely different guaranteed to shed fat, I have something for you.

- for those who do not need a full meal program, and just want to know how much of what they are already eating is required to lose weight

The Kick the Sugar Diet $99
- A 4 week program designed to help you kick your sugar tooth right out of your mouth
- This not a fitness diet plan, but a diet to help you wean yourself off of sugars

The Natural Cleanse Diet $49
- a healthier and more natural way to “cleanse” your system and help kickstart your weight loss program
- this is not a fitness diet plan; but more like a kickstarter for general weight loss

The 12 Week Bikini Transformation Diet $299
- get into poolside bikini shape in 12 weeks
- designed for women of average body fat levels (20-30%) seeking to achieve a sexy level of bodyfat
- A true to the bone, fitness diet meal plan for normal women!
- This is not a fitness diet plan for bikini competitions

Month-to-Month Diet $69/m
- for those not sure how they want to approach dieting
- great for those who just want to lose weight sanely
- Fitness diet plan for those without a steady income

The “I Wanna Lose Weight Before I Hit The Gym” Diet $99
- Normally I do not approve of this approach, but it’s better than putting it off until eternity
- A low calorie diet designed for someone sedentary, who wants to join the gym but is psychologically not ready
- 6 week non- fitness diet plan. This is not a fitness diet plan

Ms. Bikini America Diet $599
- A more hardcore fitness diet plan for women seeking to compete in Ms. Bikini America or Universe Pageant
- No less than 12 weeks out from competition
- Fitness training program separate
- A fitness diet plan for women seeking to compete in this prestige pageant.

A 3 Shakes a Day Diet $ 50
- A 4 week fitness diet plan, meal plan that incorporates the 3 meals & 3 shakes a day approach
- Designed for those who cannot get 4-6 meals a day

The Ayla Diet $35
- 1 week of paleo type fitness diet meals
- No processed foods.
- Raw food rich
- Not for everyone, therefore I offer this in week by week basis
- A all natural, raw fitness diet plan… not Vegan… not vegetarian

There are two definitions of the term “diet”. One is a more slang definition meaning a ‘change’ in eating patterns, usually in order to elicit a particular response from the body in terms of physical movement or body composition or for health benefits. The other definition is “the foods a person habitually eats”.  So yes, I use the term diet in order to describe a new way of eating that will eventually become habit ! !

When it comes to building your body to its genetic potential 75% or more is your nutrition.

Most people train for about an hour a day, 3 to 5 days a week. You still have 163 hours a week to sabotage all that hard work by not eating right.

  • I offer custom nutrition plans to meet the demands of the active fitness junkie, as well as programs for those looking to lose weight the safe and natural way.
  • I do not endorse the use of fat burners or unrealistically low calorie “crash diets”.
    • In order to lose weight successfully and keep it off, a whole new approach must be taken to correct eating and lifestyle habits that inevitably make you fat and unhealthy.
    • DO NOT ask me for a diet that will help you lose 10-20 or more lbs in a week or even ask me how to lose 10+ lbs per week.
  • Although I do not feel protein shakes or meal replacement shakes are necessary to lose weight, sometimes they are necessary when you can get in a scheduled meal. Therefore I will have recommendations on an as per basis.
  • I also offer custom nutrition plans for the Bikini Physique competitors and models, looking to achieve low body fat levels necessary to compete in their realms.

My a la carte nutrition services start at $25 per week meal plan and I can accommodate most diet exclusions (gluten, dairy, etc) except Vegan.    One on one consultations start at $75 an hour.  Fitness Diet Plans are geared towards the typical exercise. If you are an athlete, I would suggest speaking with a sports emphasized Registered Dietician.

We do not count calories in the Fit Beauty Bikini Diet.

We simply watch our portions.  Stay true to our new way of eating. Reward ourselves periodically for a job well done. And never get down on ourselves for falling off the horse.

Much like going to school, there will be some tests we don’t do well in… doesn’t mean we drop out. NO!  We just study harder for the next test and vow to get that A!
