This day and age, having a trainer by your side multiple times a week just isn’t in your budget. I have selected a few alternatives here for you that are way more affordable. I have done my research on their methods and approve. But try at own risk. Remember, you are on your own, unsupervised if you go this route, but it’s better than nothing.
